Mark has 15 years’ experience in commercial property consultancy throughout the UK and Ireland. He has worked with 2 leading Belfast based Property Consultancies and held a Senior Director-level post within Colliers International, where he was also head of the Valuation and Healthcare teams. Mark has advised on a range of sales, acquisitions, lettings and new developments within the past 10 years.

He is experienced in Valuation Consultancy, Asset Management, Professional Services, Development, letting and sale / acquisition of all types of commercial property. He is also recognised as Northern Ireland’s leading advisor, to UK and local care home operators.
